DryCooler Conventional
DryCoolers with more capacities may be assembled in the form of two heat exchangers with copper pipes and aluminum fins assembled in “V” with evaporative panels in each side. This concept is applicable to the situations in which there is no provision of future expansion and when the plant available area is reduced. However, it presents two technical limitations: the unequal distribution of the air velocity in the face of the heat exchanger, what limits the humidification efficiency and the need to remove the evaporative panels for regular cleaning.
