Dry Air Unit

The search for smaller injection and blow cycles has led many plastic processors to test the usage of cold water with anti-freezing entering the mold in up to -5°C. It is proven there is the possibility of expressive productivity gains if the problem of the water vapor condensation in the ambient air in the mold surface is solved. The UAS line was developed and tested to eliminate this obstacle. Simply enclose the injector or blower upper part and interconnect the UAS by means of a flexible hose. The dry air barrier prevents the condensation.
