Chemical industries such as: pharmaceutical (ointments, cream, gel, and etc), cosmetic and personal care (shampoo, conditioner, coloring, perfumes, and etc.) among others, need that their products formulations are carried out in mixture or reactor tanks, in its majority covered. Generally during the formulation the “ingredients” are subjected to the heating or release heat (exothermic reaction) and then need a cooling so that there is a correct homogeneity of all the formula components. During the process, the heating or cooling velocity has to be controlled and maximized, so that the product does not suffer any changes or even for having a productivity increase.
