Injection

The plastic injection processes progress increasingly towards the cycle and the injected pieces quality improvements. There is a wide range of products that are transformed by the injection process, for example the PET pre-forms, automobile parts (panels, bumpers, among others) domestic facilities, stoppers, packaging, electro-electronics and electric appliances, only to mention some examples. There are also many raw-materials variations, such as the Polypropylene (PP), Polystyrene (PS), ABS, Polyamide (PA), Polycarbonate (PC), PVC, in addition to the use of additives and the possible changes in many materials. To meet this great universe of possibilities, Mecalor offers the most complete product line: DryCooler to generate industrial water at 35°C in the cooling of the injectors hydraulic oil, Chillers of 3 to 540 Mcal/h with water of -5 to 25°C for the molds cooling, Water thermo regulators of up to 140°C or oil up to 200°C in order to guarantee the temperature, flow and pressure conditions constant in the mold. ThermoChiller DUO with two independent exits for the temperature full flexibility (-5°C to 90°C) in each part of the mold, Dry Air Unity to dehumidify the air around the mold and avoid the condensation even with super cold water circulation inside the appliance. For each product there is one requirement regarding the injector, mold, material and controls. For each Mecalor requirement certainly there is a solution.
